沔阳民主党（英语：Mianyang Democratic Party）是沔阳的一个政党，与沔阳共和党、沔阳真主党、沔阳社会民主阵线组成共民联盟。目前是沔阳最大在野党。
2023年第七任沔阳群主蒋阳宏效仿美国民主党创立沔阳民主党，2023年1月成立沔阳民主党全群委员会，蒋阳宏为首任主席。
